摘要
糖肽类抗生素不仅有较高的选择性抗HIV、FIPV和SARS活性,还有显著的抗革兰氏阳性菌活性,但致病菌耐药性的不断产生给临床治疗带来极大困难。本文从抗菌机制、耐药机制和结构修饰等方面对糖肽类抗生素进行介绍和综述,并对糖肽类抗生素的发展前景进行预测和展望。
Glycopeptide antibiotics not only possess selective activities against HIV, FIPV and SARS, but also have potent activities against Gram-positive bacteria. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bacterial resistance bring about significant challenges in clinical therapy. Recent progresses of glycopeptide antibiotics, including antimicrobial mechanism, mechanism of resistance, structural modification, etc, were summarized in this paper. Further perspective on many aspect concerning glycopeptides is also provided.
