摘要
目的:根据项目反应理论(IRT)编制中学生网络成瘾诊断量表(IADDS),并对其进行信效度检验。方法:根据网络成瘾的理论模型初步编制29个条目,二值评分。施测样本为1400名初、高中生网络使用者。结果:①在测量误差0.1952水平,选取13个条目组成量表。②条目区分度1.2928-2.2859。③条目程度0.5907-1.0035。④因素分析抽取3个因子,解释53.674%的总方差。⑤IADDS与效标显著相关(к=0.857)。最佳划界值5,敏感度91.5%,假阳性率5.7%。结论:该量表条目质量及信效度符合IRT与心理测量学要求,可用于中学生网络成瘾的诊断。
Objective: To develop a new diagnostic instrument of lnternet Addiction Disorder (IAD) for middle school students- Internet Addiction Disorder Diagnostic Scale (IADDS) by item response theory (IRT). Methods: 29 Items were designed by theoretical model of lAD and data were collected from 1400 middle school students. Results: The scale was composed of 13 items. The test error was chosen at 0.1952; the item discrimination of the scale ranged from 1.2928 to 2.2859; the item difficult ranged from 0.5907 to 1.0035. Three factors were obtained in exploratory factor analysis, accounting for 53.674% of total variance; the coefficient of criterion validity was 0.857, and the optimal value of cut-off was 5, with sensitivity 91.5% and false positive rate 5.7%. Conclusion: The scale developed by IRT possesses good validity and reliability and can be used to clinical diagnoses for middle school students with lAD.
