中学生网络成瘾诊断量表的初步编制

Development of Internet Addiction Disorder Diagnostic Scale for Middle School Students

目的:根据项目反应理论(IRT)编制中学生网络成瘾诊断量表(IADDS),并对其进行信效度检验。方法:根据网络成瘾的理论模型初步编制29个条目,二值评分。施测样本为1400名初、高中生网络使用者。结果:①在测量误差0.1952水平,选取13个条目组成量表。②条目区分度1.2928-2.2859。③条目程度0.5907-1.0035。④因素分析抽取3个因子,解释53.674%的总方差。⑤IADDS与效标显著相关(к=0.857)。最佳划界值5,敏感度91.5%,假阳性率5.7%。结论:该量表条目质量及信效度符合IRT与心理测量学要求,可用于中学生网络成瘾的诊断。

Objective： To develop a new diagnostic instrument of lnternet Addiction Disorder （IAD） for middle school students- Internet Addiction Disorder Diagnostic Scale （IADDS） by item response theory （IRT）. Methods： 29 Items were designed by theoretical model of lAD and data were collected from 1400 middle school students. Results： The scale was composed of 13 items. The test error was chosen at 0.1952; the item discrimination of the scale ranged from 1.2928 to 2.2859; the item difficult ranged from 0.5907 to 1.0035. Three factors were obtained in exploratory factor analysis, accounting for 53.674% of total variance; the coefficient of criterion validity was 0.857, and the optimal value of cut-off was 5, with sensitivity 91.5% and false positive rate 5.7%. Conclusion： The scale developed by IRT possesses good validity and reliability and can be used to clinical diagnoses for middle school students with lAD.
