摘要 目的:探讨中学校长职业倦怠与自我和谐的关系。方法:采用卢家楣根据Maslach职业倦怠问卷(MBI)改编的教师职业倦怠问卷和王登峰的自我和谐量表(SCCS)对198名中学校长进行测评。结果:①当前中学校长的职业倦怠程度较低,总分为5.82±0.93;自我和谐程度较高,总分为69.69±8.06。②不同性别、不同学校层次校长在部分职业倦怠、自我和谐分量表上差异显著(P<0.05~0.01)。③中学校长的职业倦怠与自我和谐诸因子(刻板性除外)有显著的正相关(P<0.01)。④自我和谐的不灵活、不和谐两因子对职业倦怠有显著正向预测作用,解释变异22.5%。结论:中学校长的职业倦怠与自我和谐密切相关;自我越不灵活、自我与经验越不和谐,职业倦怠程度越高。 Objective: Exploring the relationship between job burnout and self-experience consistency in principals. Methods: The Chinese version of Serf Consistency and Congruence Scale (SCCS) and Maslach Burnout Inventory-Educators Survey(MBI-ES) were administrated to 198 principals. Results: (1)The principals' burnout was relatively low and their status of serf consistency was relatively high. (2)There were significant differences between male and female and between diferent levels of schools' principals in some of the subscales of the two measures. (3)The correlations between burnout and serf consistency were substantial. (4)The scores of two subscales of SCCS were significant predictors of the burnout, explaining 22.5% variance after contorting the gender and type of the principals. Conclusion: The principals' burnout is closely related with serf consistency. The lower self consistency and inefficacy they are, the higher burnout they feel.
