摘要
目的:探讨师范大学生的生活事件与应对方式对心理健康的影响机制。方法:用青少年生活事件量表、简易应对方式问卷、症状自评量表、自我和谐量表与大学生行为抑制量表对282名师范大学生进行了调查。结果:师范大学生的主要生活事件来源于学习压力和人际关系;生活事件与消极应对方式显著正相关;生活事件不仅直接作用于心理健康,同时还通过应对方式对心理健康产生间接影响,模型拟合度较好(χ2=111.4,df=41,P<0.001;GFI=0.935,NFI=0.89,CFI=0.926,RMSEA=0.078)。结论:应加强对师范类大学生应对方式的训练。
Objective: To explore the life events of normal college students, and constructing the influential model of life events and coping style on mental health. Methods 282 normal college students completed the questionnaires of Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist (ASLEC), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90), the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS), and College Students' Behavioral Inhibition Scale(CBIS). Results: The events in domains of academic pressure and interpersonal relationship had highest frequency and intensity among our sample. There was significant positive relation between life events and negative coping style. Structural equation analysis showed that life events had both direct effect and indirect effect through coping style (χ^2=11 1.4, df=41, P〈0.001, GFI=0.935, NFI=0.89, CFI=0.926, RMSEA=0.078) on mental health. Conclusion: The training of positive coping style is of great benefit to improve the mental health of normal college students.
