摘要
目的:探讨大学生大五人格与其学习适应性的关系。方法:采用大五人格问卷、学习适应性问卷对我省三所大学的438名大学生进行调查。结果:①大学生学习适应性的得分略高于一般水平。②大学生学习适应性与大五人格维度多存在显著相关。③多元回归分析表明,大五人格中的谨慎性、宜人性和外向性对大学生学习适应性有显著正向影响,情绪性有负向影响。结论:大五人格中的谨慎性、宜人性、外向性与情绪性对大学生的学习适应性有显著的影响。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between undergraduates' five-factor personality and academic adaptation. Methods: 438 undergraduates' five-factor personality and academic adaptation were studied through the questionnaire methods. Results: (1)The scores of undergraduates' academic adaptation were higher than general. (2)Further analysis showed that undergraduates' five-factor personality had remarkable correlation with academic adaptation. (3) Multiple regression analysis indicated that undergraduates' conscientiousness, agreeableness and extraversion had significant positive influence, on academic adoptation, while neuroticism had negative influence on academic adaptation. Conclusion: Conscientiousness, agreeableness, extraversion and neuroticism have significant influence on undergraduates' academic adaptation.
