大学通识教育亟需加强——基于人才市场需求和大学生择业取向的调查

General education should be improved——Investigation on labour market and undergraduate

基于对人才市场需求和大学生就业的调查,我们发现所有的工作职位都有专业和非专业要求,不论是人才市场还是大学生都认为非专业方面的需求非常重要,然而通识教育却没有受到必要的重视。因此,我国大学的通识教育改革势在必行。

The paper applies investigation on the hirers and the students. The analysis of the labor market, the undergraduates' demand and their understanding of studying at the university attests that the implementation of the general education in universities is important to both individual and society. It shows that both of the students and the hirers do know that general education is important, but they do not know how to handle the relationship between general education and professional education. Through the analysis of these, the researcher expects to help the policymakers of different universities gain an insight into the necessity of implementing general education.
