油松插穗母株质量对扦插繁殖的影响 被引量:2

Impact of the Quality of Maternal Plant on Cutting Propagation of Pinus tabulaeformis

摘要 油松扦插繁殖时,在采穗母株年龄、插穗枝条年龄、扦插方法均相同的情况下,存在成活率不稳定的现象。本试验对油松采穗母株质量对扦插繁殖的影响进行了探讨。研究结果表明,在3种不同营养状况的地块中所培育出的油松2年生母株在质量上(高度、地径、健壮程度)存在较大差异。从3种不同质量母株上获取的插穗扦插平均成活率分别91.00%、82.33%和68.33%;可溶性总糖平均含量分别为2.14%、1.83%和1.45%;脱氢酶活性(TTC还原强度)平均分别1.058 0、1.014 3和0.997 0μg.mL-1.-g 1.-h 1,均随母株质量的提高而提高,并呈现显著和极显著的影响。本研究说明了油松扦插繁殖时,不但要注意采穗母株、母枝年龄,同时也必须注意母株质量,对今后油松扦插繁殖具有指导意义。 Aiming to solve the unstable survival ratio of Pinus tabulaeformis exists in the cuttage propagation under the same matenal plants age, cutting twigs and cutting measures, the impact of the qualify of maternal plant ( height, basal diameter and robust degree) on cutting propagation were investigted. The resuits showed that the quality of the maternal plants with 2 years old that had been cultivated in the three different nutrition levels had significant difference. The survival rates on the cuttings from 3 maternal plants with different qualities were 91.00% ,82.33% and 68.33% respectively. The mean contents of total soluble sugar in the cutting were 2.14% ,1.83% and 1.45% respectively. The mean dehydrogenase activity (TTC strength of reduction)were 1. 058 0,1. 014 3 and 0. 9970 μg · mL^-1 · g^-1 · h^-1respectively. The survival rate, the contents of total soluble sugar and mean dehydrogenase activity of cuttings, increased with the increase of maternal plant quality. The impacts of quality of maternal plants were significant or most significant. This research indicated that attention should be paid not only to the age of maternal plants, but also the quality of maternal plants.
