Application of Finite Element Method and ANSYS in the Analysis of Furniture Structure

有限元法是借助矩阵、材料力学等知识,在结构分析中得到广泛运用的数值计算方法,AN-SYS是融结构、流体、电场、磁场分析于一体的大型有限元分析软件。本文首先介绍了有限元法与ANSYS现状与发展概况,其次叙述了ANSYS在家具行业中家具设计与结构分析的关系,并用实例详细介绍了ANSYS在家具结构设计分析上的使用方法。

Finite element method is based on numerical calculation with the help of matrix and material mechanics and other knowledge, which is widely used in structural analysis ANSYS is a big finite element software integrated with structure, fluid, electric and magnetic field. This paper introduced firstly the presented study and development situations of finite element method and ANSYS, then stated its application in the design and structural analysis in furniture industry, and detailed the procedures of ANSYS in the structure design and optimization analysis of furniture, and represented the applicable significance of ANSYS analysis software in furniture industry finally.
