摘要
文章就微滤处理高浓度含磷废水时采用石灰作为预处理剂的问题,研究了石灰用量对沉降时间、硬度、浊度、磷酸盐含量、膜渗透通量的影响。研究结果表明:采用石灰作为预处理剂,既软化了水质又降低了磷酸盐含量。当石灰用量为680 mg/L时,磷酸盐的去除率从直接微滤的11.0%提高到99.7%,出水满足国家一级排放标准的要求;微滤膜的渗透通量比直接微滤时提高了60%。
Treatment of wastewater with a high concentration of phosphorus by using microfiltration with lime as the pretreatment agent is studied in this paper. The effect of the lime dosage on the hard- ness, turbidity, phosphate concentration of the wastewater is discussed. And the effect of the lime dosage on permeation flux is also studied. The results show that the water softened and the concentration of phosphate decreased as the wastewater was pretreated with lime. In comparison with direct microfiltration (without pretreatment), pretreatment with lime increased the removal rate of phosphate from 11.0% to 99.7 %, and the discharged water quality met the national wastewater discharge standard. The permeation flux was about 60% greater than that when lime was not used. The recommended lime dosage for industrial application is 680 mg/L.
