合金对低碳高合金钢冲击腐蚀磨损机理的影响

摘要 文章研究了两种低碳高合金钢的冲击腐蚀磨损行为,通过观察磨损表面形貌和亚表层裂纹,探讨了合金对低碳高合金钢磨损机理的影响。结果表明,在相同的冲击功下,低镍低碳高合金钢磨损失重略高于高镍低碳高合金钢,两者的冲击腐蚀磨损机理在同一时间段也不尽相同。 The behaviors of impact corrosion wear of two kinds of low carbon high alloy steels are tested. Through the observation of the worn surface and subsurface stratum, influence of alloy on wear mechanism of low carbon high alloy steel is investigated. The results show that under the same impact energy,the wear-loss of low Ni low carbon high alloy steel is a little higher than that of high Ni low carbon high alloy steel, and that the impact corrosion wear mechanisms of the two are different in the same stages.
