Spatial thinking and creative approaches of post-modernism architecture

文章阐述了后现代主义建筑的产生背景、哲学基础和审美观,论述了在其影响下的复杂、含混,渗透、流动,形象化、个性化的空间思想及拼贴、破碎,层叠、转换和情感化的空间营造手法,并以相应建筑实例加以说明,最后探讨了这些空间思想和手法对晚期现代主义和解构主义建筑的影响以及对建筑实践的意义。

The philosophical foundation and aesthetics of post-modernism architecture are introduced, and then various spatial thinking and creative expressions are discussed, including such thinking as complexing, mixing, penetration, movement, images and personality and such creative approaches as piecing, fragmenting, overlapping, transforming and ernotionalizing. Their impacts on the late mod- ernism and deconstructivist architecture and the significance of these spatial thinking and approaches in the construction practice are analyzed.
