秦岭细粘束孢对寄主华山松生理生化代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究人工接种试验条件下华山松大小蠹共生真菌秦岭细粘束孢对华山松苗木生理生化代谢的影响,以揭示秦岭细粘束孢对华山松的危害。结果表明,被感染秦岭细粘束孢的华山松苗木随着真菌在韧皮部和木质部组织内的危害和扩展,针叶叶绿素含量不断降低;接种21 d后韧皮部反应区内水分、可溶性糖及蛋白质含量显著减少;SOD超氯化物歧化酶、CAT(过氧化氢酶)酶活性明显降低,而MDA(丙二醛)含量则有所增加。这说明秦岭细粘束孢的大量侵害可以造成华山松营养物质含量和酶活性的降低,在削弱寄主树木抗性的同时加速寄主华山松韧皮部组织内营养物质的转化,并为华山松大小蠹在韧皮部内的生存创造营养条件。 Influences of Leptographium qinglingensis, on metabolism of Pinus armandi were investigated by artificial inoculation method to reveal the damage of the fungus to the trees. The results showed that, I with the rapidly invasion and expanding of fungus in xylem and phloem of infected P. armandi sapling, the content of chlorophyll of pine needle is reduced remarkably 21 days after inoculation, the water content, soluble sugars and protein, the activities SOD and CAT in reaction zone of phloem was lower in infected tree than those in healthy ones, but the content of MDA slightly increased. It was very apparent that the more fungi being inoculated, the lower the content of water, soluble sugars and protein, in the host tree indicating that the enzyme activities and the content of nutrient were significantly decreased by the infection with L. qinglingensis, which weaken the resistance of the host gradually and accelerated nutrients transformation in tissue of P. armandi, and created nutritional conditions for the survival of D. atmahdi in phloem.
