摘要
目的:研究16PF在医护人员招聘中的应用,为选出具备良好心理素质的全方位人才提供依据.方法:采用卡特尔16PF人格量表对377名应聘者进行测试.结果:(1)男性和女性在聪慧性、稳定性、兴奋性、敏感性、怀疑性、自律性6项初级因素方面存在显著性差异,在感情用事与安详机警型以及在新的工作环境中有成长能力的个性因素这2项次级因素中也存在显著性差异.(2)该组被试者与普通应聘者在乐群性、稳定性、兴奋性、有恒性、怀疑性、世故性、独立性、自律性方面以及适应与焦虑性、内向与外向型、心理健康因素、专业而有成就的个性因素、创造能力个性因素等次级因素方面存在显著差异.结论:心理素质测评在人才招聘中的使用,可为单位招聘高素质人才,尤其是心理素质过硬的人才提供一定的依据,但这项工作还需不断完善.
AIM: To investigate the application of 16 Personality Factors Questionnaire(16PF) in evaluation of prospective medical staff employees so as to provide the basis for screening of the qualified personnel. METHODS: Three hundred and seventy-seven job hunters were assessed with 16PF. RESULTS: (1)The personality qualities were different significantly between male and female groups, including reasoning, emotional stability, liveliness, sensitivity, vigilance, perfectionism and their abilities of giving away to their feeling to act impetuously and handling emergencies. (2) There were significant differences in warmth, emotional stability, liveliness, rule-consciousness, vigilance, social boldness, self-reliance, perfectionism, adaptability and the quality of introextroversion, the factor of psycho-health, the character of achievement in specialty and the creative ability between the subjects group and common job hunters. CONCLUSION: The psychological test may provide certain basis for the screening of the qualified potential personnel, but this work still needs further improvement.
