Choice of Biosafety Cabinet and Evaluation Performance of Bio-protection

目的:通过介绍各种类型生物安全柜的特点以及检测,实现对安全柜的正确评价和使用。方法:按照标准中规定的方法,使用微生物气溶胶进行评价,测试了正常标称风速下及增大污染机会的情况下的人员保护、产品保护和交叉污染。结果:每次测试阳性对照培养皿>300cfu。人员保护测试评价每次全部撞击式采样器的采样菌落数不大于10cfu,所有狭缝采样器的采样菌落数不大于5cfu。产品保护实验中所有培养皿上的枯草芽孢杆菌数不大于5cfu。交叉污染实验中距被检测侧壁36cm外的培养皿上的菌落数不大于2cfu。结论:本次测试的Ⅱ级B2型安全柜生物防护性能型式测试符合标准的要求。

Objective To introduce the characteristics and detection methods of all kinds of biosafety cabinets for its correct evaluation and use. Methods According to prescribed regulations, animalcule aerosol was used to test the person protection, product protection and crossed contamination under the condition of normal wind speed and increased contamination. Results In every test, positive contrast petri dishes were over 300 cfu. In person protection test, hits in impacting style sampler were less than 10 cfu, while hits in slot style sampler were less than 5 cfu. In product protection test, bacillus subtilis in every petri dish were less than 5 cfu. In crossed contamination test, hits 36cm away from the tested sidewall were less than 2 cfu. Conclusion The bin-protection performance of type B2, grade 11 in the test meets the standard requirements.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal ,2008,29（4） ：14-16,24]
