摘要 在明确了麻醉深度重要作用的基础上,介绍了听觉诱发电位、体感诱发电位在麻醉深度监护中的应用以及脑电双频指数、脑电复杂度分析、脑电熵分析等脑电信号分析方法,并对各种方法进行了比较,对麻醉深度监护技术的发展趋势进行了探讨。 The depth of anaesthesia is very important in clinic. Applications of auditory evoked potentials, somatosensory evoked potentials, EEG bispeetral index, EEG complexity analysis, EEG enrtropy analysis in monitoring the depth of anesthesia are introduced. Different EEG analysis methods are compared. The trends in monitoring the depth of anaesthesia are also discussed.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal ,2008,29(4) :30-31,34]
