Development of Simple Film-developing Heating Device

目的:研制简易洗片加温装置,解决基层部队医院冬、春季节手工洗片效果不佳的实际问题。方法:改造电热暖手炉,用不同动作温度的温控器多次测试。结果:简易洗片加温装置,在冬、春季节使显影液温度基本恒定,基本达到显影液最佳显影效果;结构简单,使用寿命长,安全方便。结论:简易洗片加温装置在冬、春季使用效果良好,符合基层部队医院实际需要。

Objective To develop a simple film-developing heating device for army hospital below division. Methods An electric hand warmer was transformed and tests were made many times with different movement temperature of thermostat.Results The simple film-developing heating device could basically keep the photographic developer in constant temperature for best development effect in winter and spring. With simple structure and long service life, it is safe and convenient. Conclusion The simple film-developing heating device is desirable to be used in winter and spring and meets the practical requirements in the basic unit army hospital.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29（4）：66]
