随着计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的转轨,教育经费的筹措体制走向多元化,负债办学在我国逐渐由"星星之火"演化为"燎原之势"。高校负债办学缓解了高校办学经费不足的困境,在一定程度上促进了我国高等教育的发展。但同时,不切实际地过度举债也给高校的长远发展带来了极大的负面影响。从阐述高校负债办学的表现及负面影响入手,解析负债办学的原因,进而提出一些规避的建议和措施。

With the transition from planned economic system to socialist market economy system, raising money sys- tem of education funds becomes pluralism, running a school in debt in our country turns into “the tendency of setting a prairie fire” by “a single spark” gradually. Running a school in debt of University relieves the university current situation of short of money. In a certain extent, it promotes the development of higher education of our country. But at the same time, impractical excessively in debt brought the great negative effect to long-term plan of the university. Analyzing the behavior and the negative effect of running a school in debt, the article expounds the reason of the rising and flourish that runs a school in debt of university, and then puts forward some suggestions and measures evaded.
