国外私立教育管理及其启示

各国的私立教育管理体制在某种程度上都是其国家政治、经济及文化发展的产物,是历史的发展与追求利益的结果。在对美国、英国、日本的私立教育管理现状及特点考察的基础上,从三个方面总结出对我国民办教育管理的启示。在政府管理方面,要做到完善法制、管放有度、加强监督;在民办学校方面,要提高质量、加强内部监督,坚持特色办学;在社会方面,要参与监管,加强联系,促成竞争。只有这样,才能为我国民办教育的发展创造一个宽松、良好、有序的发展环境。

Private education management system of various countries is the outcome of the country politics, economy and culture development in a way, it is result of the history development and the interests pursuing. From the investigation of actuality and characteristic of American, Britain, Japan private education management, the article summarize the enlightenment to our country private education management nowadays from three aspects. We should improve the legal system, centralization power and separating power, strengthen supervision in government＇s management; we also should improve the quality, strengthen internal supervision, insist in the characteristic of running a school in private college, and participate in supervising, reinforce the communication, promote the competition in the society. Only in this way, we can create a extensive, favorable and orderly development environment for the development of private education in our country.
