摘要
实训课程考核是目前旅游管理专业教学的薄弱环节,方法简单、肤浅,标准模糊、笼统,无法准确地测量到学生对技能要素的掌握程度,不能真正促进学生初步专业能力的形成。本文以《前厅服务与管理》课程为例,确定实训中的六项标准,并根据它们在不同业务中的重要程度建立权重,根据学生掌握的程度来考察其专业能力水平,使实训课程考核变得精细、科学。
Practice course is still the weaker stage in today's teaching of the tourism management. The methods in the practice course are simple and superficial and the detailed standards of the test are vague and general. At the same time, these methods can't accurately test the level of the students' skills aout their cause and can' t really develop their preliminary abilities of professional operation. This article makes service and management in the Front Office of hotel course as an example to estabhsh the six standards in practice course, decide which one is more important according to their impertance in different businesses, test their abilities level according to the level of the students' knowing skills and make this test in practice course become more detailed and scientific.
