摘要
以铁坩埚为反应器,在MoSi2高温电阻炉并有Ar气氛保护下测定了1623 K下CaO-FetO-SiO2-MnO-P2O5渣与液态Ag中Mn的分配平衡。结果表明,Mn的分配比随着渣碱度的增加而降低。在一定的碱度范围内,随着wFetO的增加,Mn在渣与碳饱和铁中的分配比先增加,但wFetO的继续增加会导致Mn分配比的降低。在试验条件下,当wFetO=50.3%、渣碱度为0.3时,Mn在渣铁间的分配比达到最大值576.6,对应的碳饱和铁水中的wMn=0.015%。得到了Mn在渣与碳饱和铁中的分配比与渣组成的多元线性回归方程,该回归方程可用于预测与铁水预处理脱锰渣平衡的铁水中wMn及达到理想的铁水中wMn所需要的渣量。
The equilibrium experiments for manganese distribution between CaO-FetO-SiO2-MnO-P2O5 slag and liquid silver are carried out in the iron crucible at 1 623 K under pure argon atmosphere. The results indicate that manganese distribution ratio decreases with the increase of the slag basicity. Within a certain range of basicity, the manganese distribution ratio in the slag and carbon saturated iron increases with the growth of FetO content in the slag first, and then decreases with the further growth of the content of FetO. Under experimental conditions, the maximum manganese distribution ratio is 576.6 when the FetO content is about 50.3mass% and slag basicity is 0.3 at 1 623 K, and the corresponding manganese content in the carbon saturated iron is 0. 015mass%. A multiple linear regression equation made of the manganese distribution ratio in the slag and carbon saturated iron in relation to slag is derived, which can be used to predict the manganese content equilibrium with the demanganization slag and the slag volume needed for ideal manganese content in hot metal pretreatment.
