摘要
利用X-射线衍射技术测定无取向电工钢冷轧基体中各晶体学方向的点阵畸变储能和亚晶块尺寸,研究其微结构对再结晶织构的影响,并探讨了无取向电工钢中再结晶织构的形成机制。结果表明,形变储能和亚晶尺寸对再结晶织构的影响显著,"定向成核"再结晶织构形成机制是存在的。
The lattice deformation stored energy and subgrain size in cold-rolled non oriented electrical steel are investigated by X ray diffraction. The influence of the steel microstructure on recrystallized texture is studied. It is found that the microstructure of cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel has a great effect on the intensity of recrystallized texture in the steel, and the results have also testified the directed nucleation growth mechanics.
