质量工程是在我国高等教育进入大众化阶段之后,为提高教育教学质量而推出的重要举措。高校要落实好质量工程,切实提高教育教学质量,必须坚持科学发展观,构建教育教学质量的保障制度,并大力参与国家教育质量平台建设,为提高教育教学质量奠定基础。

The quality project is an important action to put out for improving the teaching quality after our country＇s higher education enters the mass high education stage. To carry on the quality project well, improve the teaching quality of high education conscientiously, the university must adhere to the scientific development view, construct the guarantee system of the education and teaching quality, and participate in the national platform construction of education quality actively, then establish the foundation for improving education and teaching quality.
