高等教育大众化背景下高校管理体系研究

Study of the University's Management System under the Background of Mass Higher Education

我国高等教育已由精英教育阶段步入了大众化教育阶段。现阶段的大众化教育还存在着许多问题,影响着我国高等教育的发展进程。针对大众化教育存在的问题,从高校管理体系方面入手进行研究,旨在通过寻求相应的解决措施,使我国高等教育大众化能够得以健康、顺利地发展。

The higher education of our country has already been stepped into mass education stage by elite education stage. Mass education for the present stage has a lot of problem also, which influences the development process of higher education in our country. To the question that existing in the mass education, the article proceed with university＇s management system and carry on research, aiming at making the mass higher education of our country develop healthily, smoothly through seeking the corresponding settlement measure.
