高校和谐师生关系的特征及其重建

Characteristics and Reconstruction of the Harmonious Relationship between the Teachers and Students in Colleges

师生关系是高校中最基本、最重要的人际关系。和谐的高校师生关系,以崇高的宗旨、共同的目标、学术的纽带、互益的效果、纯洁的性质为其主要特征。当前高校的师生关系出现了许多令人忧虑的消极现象,重建和谐的高校师生关系,应从确立育人为本的核心理念、引导师生加强课堂内外的交流与接触、改革现行重科研轻教学的教师业绩评定制度、加强教师的职业道德建设等方面入手。

In colleges, the relationship between teachers and students is the most important and essential interpersonal relations. The harmonious relationship is characteristic of lofty objective, the common good, the academic link, the effect which mutually benefit and chaste nature . The current relations between the teachers and students in universities present many disquieting negative phenomena. In order to reconstruct the harmonious relations, we should establish the humanistic core idea, guide the teacher and students to strengthen the interflow and contact, reform the evaluation of the teacher＇s achievement, and pay more attention the vocational moral construction of the college teachers.
