摘要
采用Li-6400便携式光合分析仪,研究合肥市8种常见植物女贞、香樟、广玉兰、石楠、桂花、海桐、椤木石楠和大叶黄杨的气孔蒸腾作用及水分利用效率的日变化特征和季节动态。结果表明,8种植物水分利用效率(μmol.mmol-1)的大小为:广玉兰(5.864)>石楠(4.187)>椤木石楠(3.869)>女贞(3.325)>桂花(3.215)>海桐(2.974)>香樟(2.636)>大叶黄杨(2.581)。该结果可为城市园林树种的选择提供参考。
The physiological characteristics of 8 evergreen tree species, Ligustrum lucidum,Cinnamomum camphora, Photinia serrulata, Magnolia grandiflora, Osmanthus fragrans, Pittosporum tobira, Photinia davidisoniae and Euonymus japonicus in Hefei city were measured using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system in fields in 2006. Based on transpiration and photosynthesis, the water use efficiency was measured. The results showed that the water use efficiency( μmol· mmol^-1 ) of Magnolia grandiflora was 5. 864, the other were 4. 187,3. 869, 3. 325,3. 215, 2. 974, 2. 636 and 2. 581 for Photinia serrulata,Photinia davidisonia,Ligustrum lucidum, Osmanthus fragrans ,Pittosporum tobira , Cinnamomum camphora and Euonymus japonicus , respectively. This result provided a reference for choosing the garden tree species in city.
