摘要
以豆渣为主要原料,应用正交试验法对香菇液体发酵最佳培养基和发酵条件进行了研究。结果表明,香菇液体发酵最佳培养基配方为葡萄糖2%,MgSO40.05%,豆渣9%,KH2PO40.10%,并用洗渣水替代水配料;适宜的发酵条件为发酵时间6d,装液量80mL/250mL三角瓶,发酵温度25℃。
Different culture media for growing Lentinus edodes mycelium employing wastes from soybean processing as the major nutritional components, together with selected culture parameters, were subjected to orthogonal testing using L9 (3^4 )and L9 (3^3) designs, respectively. Maximum fungal biomass was generated after 6 d incubation at 25 ℃ in 250 mL culture flasks containing 80 mL culture medium consisting of 2% (w/ v) glucose, 0.05% (w/v) MgSO4, 9% (w/v) soybean waste, 0.10% (w/v) KH2PO4, and with soybean waste filtrate replacing water as the liquid phase.
