摘要
博客作为新兴的一种网络事物,引发了不少的法律问题,其中最为突出的就是博客对共同隐私的侵权行为。尤其在牵涉到与公众人物有关的共同隐私时,公众的知情权又会与共同隐私产生冲突,本文对博客中共同隐私问题的探讨也分为公众人物的博客和普通人的博客这两部分来进行。
As a new object on the internet, blog has caused many legal problems, the most serious of which is the infringement of common privacy in blog. Especially as far as public figures are concerned, the common privacy will conflict with the public＇s right to know. This article will classify the problem of common privacy in blog into two parts——the problem of common privacy in public figures＇ blogs and the problem of common privacy in common people＇s blogs.
