Conflicts and Problems of Resources Optimal Scheme in Universities and Countermeasures

在计划经济向市场经济的转轨过程中,我国高等教育逐渐由精英教育转向大众化教育,从而也得到了空前高速的发展,但是也显现出高校资源配置的矛盾和存在的问题。本文从优化高校资源角度出发分析存在的矛盾和问题,从而寻求解决矛盾和问题的对策。

In the period of shifting planned economy into marketing economy, China＇s higher education has been gradually changing from outstanding-ability person education into popularizing education, and has attained great development. Meanwhile, conflicts and problems of resources scheme in universities have emerged. This paper analyzes the existing conflicts and problems from the angle of universities＇ resources, trying to figure out the countermeasures.
