某时间引信半爆问题研究

Study on Half Explosion of Some Time-fuze

针对某药盘时间引信的半爆问题,在分析了该引信结构特点的基础上,采用故障树分析方法对半爆原因逐一进行分析,最终确定导爆药压药密度超上限是引信半爆的原因,并进行了试验验证,验证结果与分析一致。

Aimed at the uncompleted explosion of some time-fuze, on the basis of analyzing the structure characteristic of the time-fuze, fault tree analysis （VIA） was adopted to analyze the possible reason one by one. Finally, the reason of that the density of booster exceeded upper limit was determined, and tests were carried on to verify. The verify results were accord with the analysis.
