摘要
首先介绍空空导弹飞控舱环境应力筛选随机振动试验过程中出现振动过应力的情况,然后对出现振动过应力的原因进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了两种解决问题的方法,试验结果表明在产品过应力处引入振动控制点,采用多点平均控制的方式可以取得满意的效果。
Firstly, the situation of excessive dynamic stress during vibration test of environmental stress screening for an air-air missile flight control cabin was introduced. Then the causes of excessive vibration stresses were analyzed. Based on these, two solutions to this problem were proposed. The test results indicate that the method of adding a vibration control point to the position of excessive vibration stress and using multiple-point average control is satisfactory.
