摘要
文中介绍了基于PC/104的一种导弹自动化测试系统信号源的研究与设计方法。此信号源能在PC/104计算机控制下产生交直流电压,频率及时间串信号,可靠性及稳定性高,应用范围广。其中频率信号产生部分采用了存储扫描方式,时串信号产生部分使用了静态存储器(SRAM),信号分辨率及精度高,具有一定的应用价值。
In this paper, a research and design signal source of automatic test system based on PC/104 was introduced. This signal source can produce AC/DC voltage, frequency signals and time bunch under the control of PC/104 embedded computer . The reliability and stability of the signal source which may be widely used is high , A method of storing and scanning was adopted for producing frequency signal and static random access memory (SRAM) was used to produce time bunch, and accuracy and resolution of the signal source is high so that it is valuable for application.
