摘要
目的探讨羊栖菜多糖(SFPS)对抗高血糖致血管内皮细胞(HUVEC)损伤的保护作用。方法采用MTT法来检测在不同血糖浓度及不同SFPS浓度下人胎儿脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)的细胞存活率,采用比色法测定细胞培养液中LDH活力、NO水平及MDA含量。结果SFPS可剂量依赖性地抑制高糖所致细胞存活率的降低,阻止LDH外漏,增加NO释放,并减少MDA生成。结论羊栖菜多糖对高糖所致HUVEC损伤具有明显的保护作用。
Object To study the effect of sargassum fusiforme polysaccharides(SFPS) on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVEC) injured by high glucose. Methods The viability of HUVEC were monitored by MTT assay. The activity of LDH, content of MDA and NO level in culture medium were measured by colofimetfic. Results SFPS suppressed the inhibition on proliferate activity of HUVEC injured by high glucose, prevented the release of LDH. Furthermore, SFPS increased the level of NO and reduced MDA content in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion SFPS has obvious protection on HUVEC injured by high glucose.
