吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期尿路移行细胞癌(附12例报告) 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察吉西他滨联合顺铂方案(GC)治疗晚期尿路移行细胞癌的临床疗效。方法对12例晚期尿路移行细胞癌患者行GC方案治疗,观察近期疗效及毒副反应。结果12例患者完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)5例,无变化(SD)3例,进展(PD)2例,总有效率55.3%(7/12)。近期毒副反应主要表现为Ⅲ级以上血液学毒性[41.7%(5/12)和Ⅲ级以上消化道反应[33.3%(4/12)]。结论GC方案治疗晚期尿路移行细胞癌近期有效率较高,毒副反应较轻,值得临床推广。
