肥胖与营养相关性疾病 被引量：2

摘要 随着人们生活水平的日益提高，我国居民的膳食、营养状况有了明显改善，营养不良和营养缺乏患病率下降，但营养失衡则有明显上升的趋势。据国务院新闻办公室公布的我国卫生部、科学技术部、国家统计局联合主持的《中国居民营养与健康现状》调查结果显示，我国成人超重率达2．8％，肥胖率为7．1％，估计现有超重和肥胖的人数分别为2亿和6000多万。大城市成人超重率与肥胖现患率分别高达30．0％和12．3％，儿童肥胖率已达8．1％。
