B超引导经皮肾镜碎石清石术治疗肾结石 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨B超引导经皮肾镜碎石清石术治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法227例肾结石患者,B超引导穿刺,建立皮肤肾脏通道,进行气压弹道联合超声碎石清石术。结果227例患者251侧肾脏均一期建立皮肤肾脏通道,一期取净结石197侧,二期取净结石43侧,结石清除率95.6%。手术并发症16例。结论B超引导建立皮肤肾脏通道成功率高,经皮肾镜碎石清石术治疗肾结石高效、安全。
