摘要 针对某摩托车手把振动存在的问题,从手把结构动特性和发动机激励间的匹配关系入手,分析与改进摩托车的振动。某125 mL摩托车振动舒适性的道路试验评价表明其手把振动较差,尤其在55 km/h左右时振动剧烈,严重影响了舒适性。路试还揭示了摩托车的高频激励主要表现为发动机的1阶往复惯性力。而结构模态分析表明手把管与56.7 km/h左右时的发动机激励会发生共振。因此修改手把管结构以提高其固有频率,最后进行了实车振动舒适性道路对比试验。结果表明修改后手把振动的共振车速提高了,改善了常用车速下的手把振动。分析结果表明手把管动态特性对手把振动具有重要影响,应避免与发动机激励发生共振。 To deal with excessive modal characteristics and engine motorcycle handle vibration, the matching relationship between, handle excitation was investigated. Some methods were proposed to decrease driving vibration. The road tests for a 125 mL motorcycle showed that the handle vibration peaked at 55 km/h, which badly affected driving. Furthermore, the road tests demonstrated that the first reciprocating inertia force reflected the excitation extent at high frequency. Computation analysis of structure mode suggested that frequency resonance between the vibration and engine excitation occurred at 56.7 km/h. Thus, the possibility of frequency resonance could be diminished if the original frequency is increased with suitable handle structure modification. The road test demonstrated that the modification increased resonance speed and greatly improved handle vibration. The results indicate that because the handle modal characteristic is important to its vibration, the resonance between the handle mode frequencies and engine excitations can be dealt with via suitable handle modification.
