嵌入智能E维护的多agent协同商务系统 被引量:2

摘要 针对当前的协同商务系统对产品的售后维护服务支持不足,提出将智能E维护系统嵌入协同商务系统中得到更加完备的生产管理系统:嵌入智能E维护的协同商务系统。阐述该系统的总体方案和体系架构,系统的使能技术以及智能E维护工作流运行模式。最后,将智能E维护原型系统用于某企业的设备智能维护,给出系统中设备协同维护的商务进程分析,维护评价结果验证了系统的有效性。 Aiming at the inefficient support of the current collaborative commerce systems for after-sale maintenance service, we presented a collaborative commerce system embedded with intelligent E-maintenance system (IEMS). We also formulated a more comprehensive collaborative commerce system called a collaborative commerce system embedded with E-maintenance (Em-CC). The general scheme, framework and enabling technologies of an Em-CC were expatiated. An operating mode of intelligent E-maintenance was introduced. An Em-CC prototype system was used to maintain an enterprise' s equipment. The collaborative business process was analyzed. The maintenance evaluation results validated the effectiveness of the proposed Em-CC system.
