A service-on-demand platform based on integrated service and for use in collaborative product development

摘要 针对网络化产品开发协同需求和协同方式的多样性与动态性问题,首先提出了服务平台的集成服务构架,详细讨论了基于代理的服务提供机制、自组织的项目管理机制和多层次冲突协调支持方法,给出了集成服务实现的关键技术,最后开发出一个实现按需服务机制网络化按需服务平台。实例研究表明,基于集成服务构架的协同产品开发按需服务较好地解决了多样性和动态性问题,可使中小企业动态、低成本地获取所需的协同支持服务。 Aiming at the diversity and dynamics of product development collaboration requirements, we studied a service-on-demand platform based on an integrated service structure. An integrated service framework was constructed based on a hierarchy model. An agent-based service providing mechanism, a self-organizing project management mechanism, and multi-level conflict coordinating methods of the platform were illustrated. Key technologies of integrated service were presented. A networked collaboration service platform was developed based on the service-on-demand as the service mechanism. A case study shows that the collaboration service platform based on a service-on-demand mechanism can solve diversity dynamic problems effectively, and can help small and medium-sized enterprises acquire dynamically collaboration services supporting networked product development and with low cost.
