SPR体液微全分析系统的软件设计与实现

摘要 把计算机图像处理方法与传感检测和生化反应动力学相结合,编程实现一种基于SPR(surface plasmon resonance)技术的体液微全分析系统的软件设计方案。系统开发采用Visual C++6.0,图像采集应用程度接口采用VFW(Video for Windows)。并以Kretschmann结构的传感器为例,模拟实现不同介电常数的SPR曲线。在试验中软件和硬件系统相结合,有助于实时检测体液的特定成分及它的变化情况。通过实验,证实了软件的可行性。 A computer program for a body fluid micro total analysis system was presented based on surface plasmon resonance(SPR). The program combined computer image processing a method, sensor detection and biochemical reactive kinetics. Visual C+ +6.0 was used in system development and Video for Windows was used as an image capturing application interface. A Kretschmann mode based sensor was chosen as an example to simulate SPR curve when the dielectric constants were E0 ,E1 ,E2 ,ca and E4. This system could be used for realtime monitoring of the analytes and their variety in body fluid by integrating software with hardware systems. The feasibility of this software is validated in a primary experiment.
