摘要
以4 000 DWT沥青船货舱结构为例,建立有限元模型,考虑温度应力场影响,对沥青船的2种工况进行有限元计算分析。结果表明结构满足强度要求,为运载高温液货的沥青船结构设计提供了重要的设计参考。
The cargo component of 4 000 tons tasphalt carrier was studied.Firstly,the finite element model was built,taking into account the impact of temperature stress field.Secondly two operating conditions of the tasphalt carrier was analysed respectively.In the end,the conclusion was compared with the permissible stress.The results show that the main hull members meet the demands of strength.The analysis can provide important reference for the design of tasphalt carrier.
