按一级学科设置研究生课程培养方案的探索——以南京工业大学为例

Programming the Postgraduate Curriculum with the Requirements of Senior AcademicSubjects

为了适应研究生招生规模的扩大以及社会对研究生需求的日益多样性,培养出既有扎实基础知识又有宽广相关领域知识的研究生,结合自身实际制订课程培养方案已经成为提高研究生教育质量的当务之急。本文从教育管理的角度,对原有培养方案中的不足以及完善一级学科培养设置等方面进行了探讨,并提出了按一级学科设置研究生课程培养方案的思路。力求为培养创新性人才探索出一条新路。

To cater for the postgraduate enrolment extension and the increasing social demands for postgraduates, to turn out students with solid basic knowledge and wide domain knowledge, working out a practical curriculum proposal has become an urgent request. To seek a way to bring out innovative talents, this paper from the perspective of educational management, discusses the limits of the old curriculum proposal and the perfecting of the curriculum proposal for senior academic subjects. The paper finally puts forwards some suggests to program the curriculum according to the requirements of senior academic subjects.
