摘要
在现实生活中,凡是能给人带来理智满足和心灵愉悦的事物都是美的。主体通过对法的主观感知,也可以获得理智的满足感和心灵愉悦,因此,法同样具有美的属性。抽象性、功利性是法的鲜明的美学特征。法之美主要表现为人文之美正义之美、崇高之美和和谐之美。
In daily life, all things that can bring rational satisfaction and spiritual happiness are beautiful. Through subjective perception of subjects, law can also bring the same satisfaction and happiness. As a result, law also has the characteristics of aesthetics. Abstraction and utility are the distinctive features of the beauty of law. The beauty of law mainly lies in the beauty of humanism, justice, sublimity and harmony.
