摘要
银行技术风险控制测评体系的设计是我国商业银行提高信息化建设绩效的前提,而URSIT框架对我国银行业技术风险控制测评体系的建立具有较强的指导意义。结合我国商业银行信息系统业务与技术流程的实地调查结果,因子分析可以对测度体系的可靠性和有效性提供实证性检验,并揭示我国银行业信息技术风险控制中存在的若干现实性问题。
It is the prerequisite of improving ,the approach performance of information system of our commercial banking to devise a measure system of controlling technique risk, and the URSIT would give valid reference for attaining this objective. The FA may give reliable and valid certification for this measure system according to actual result of both information business and technology process, and then disclose many actual problems in the midst of risk control in our commercial banking.
