摘要
通过实验研究分析不同强度的有氧运动对普通高校女大学生状态焦虑的影响,以及心率、血压随着状态焦虑的变化情况,寻找适合女大学生降低状态焦虑的有效手段。实验选取了经常参加体育锻炼和不经常参加体育锻炼两个实验组。实验结果显示,有氧运动对降低女大学生状态焦虑水平具有积极的作用,但不同运动强度对是否经常参加体育锻炼产生不同的影响。75%VO2max的一次性有氧运动对经常参加体育锻炼的女大学生降低状态焦虑的效果明显,30%VO2max强度对不经常参加体育锻炼的女大学生效果明显。由于收缩压的降低随状态焦虑近视同步变化,建议将收缩压作为评价状态焦虑变化的生物学指标之一。
By an experimental research, the author analyzes the influence of aerobic exercise of varied intensity on the state anxiety for female undergraduates from general colleges and universities,and the varied situation of heart rate and blood pressure along with the changing state anxiety so as to find out the effective means to reduce the state anxiety for female undergraduates. Two different groups are under experiment. One is formed by subjects who frequently participate in the physical training and the other is formed by those who seldom participate in any physical training. The experimental result shows that aerobic exercise is beneficial to reduce the state anxiety level for female undergraduates, but different exercise intensity has different influences depending on whether subjects participate in the exercise frequently or not. One-time aerobic exercise of 75 %VO2max intensity has apparent effects to reduce the state anxiety for the female undergraduates who often participate in physical exercise, while 30% VO2max intensity has apparent effects for those who do not frequently take part in physical exercise. As systolic pressure reduces along with the synchronized change of state anxiety,it is suggested that the systolic blood pressure be served as one of the biological indexes to evaluate the change of state anxiety.
