采用半闭环控制的多功能电动洗胃机研制

摘要 提出一种可用于口饲和鼻饲洗胃的安全的洗胃机的设计方案。电路采用半闭环控制,由微处理器采集并分析洗胃气压、气压变化率、液量和气阀芯行程信号,驱动继电器和电磁阀等执行机构,实时调整洗胃状态,实现循环洗胃、数码显示、反冲和声光报警等功能。根据模拟胃实验结果,本机能在45 kPa压强内正常洗胃,自动平衡洗胃液量,压强超过45 kPa或其变化率超过5.5 kPa/s时报警,较好地解决了现有产品洗胃液体量控制不准确和胃损伤问题,具有实用价值。 The gastric lavage machine in which either oral intubatton or nasal intubatton is adopted is introduced. The microprocessor samples and analyzes the air pressure, time rate of pressure change, volume, and limit signals, then drives the relays and the electromagnetism valves to adjust operating condition in real time with the half-closed loop technology. There are some functions in the machine, such as gastric lavage, digital displaying,alarming,and so on. According to the experimental results with analogue stomach, this machine can work normally under 45 kPa, balance the volume automatically, and give an alarm when the pressure exceeds the set values. This machine solves the problems of gastric injury and inaccurate volume controlling, which has some value for practical operation.
