摘要
从指挥信息系统监控功能的必要性入手，讨论监控系统应具备的功能。重点从硬件设备、软件进程、通信线路连接、数据流、网络安全以及系统工作环境等几个方面，对系统监控功能设计进行了研究讨论。
The paper, starting with the necessity of C^3I system monitoring functions, explores the functions armed with this system. As to the design of the monitoring system, the paper focuses on the following parts： hardware, software processes, communication connections, data flow, network security and the system working environment.
