新农村的未来在农村青少年身上,立足于年青一代、提高农村青少年素质的关键在教育,特别是农村的基础教育。缺少知识和教育是农村人发展的瓶颈。如何避免这种瓶颈导致的困难延续到下一代,如何培养开发农村儿童是新农村建设中的重大问题。因此政府要高度重视,进一步完善寄宿制学校的教育教学生活条件。学校和各方必须共同努力,完善优化寄宿制学校教育教学课程和内容体系。

The future of a new village depends on adolescents, and especially on their education so that, rural elementary education, is the key to promote quality of the rural adolescents based on young generation. The bottleneck of rural development is the short of elementary education. How to avoid the difficulty from this bottle passing on to next generation and how to cultivate and develop rural children are an important issue in socialism village reconstruction. Thus government should pay attention to this issue and improve the living and learning conditions of the rural boarding schools. The curriculum and its content system of education and teaching in the schools with student apartments must be perfected and optimized by schools and related departments.
