摘要
基于高新区自主创新系统模型,结合高新区特点,构建了由4个主层次和12个次级指标构成的高新区自主创新能力评价指标体系,并运用综合评价模型对我国高新区自主创新能力进行综合评价.
Based on the process of innovation and combining features of high-tech zones, the text constructed an evaluation system of independent innovation, which was composed by 4 modules and 12 targets. Using the comprehensive evaluation, it analysis the ability of independent innovation of China＇s high-tech zones quantitatively.
