Treatment of Soft Roadbed of Nanhe Bridge Approach Road

南河大桥位于省道S236线揭阳市榕城区境内，全长498．54m。原桥1987年建成，改建工程将桥头引道与桥面一并拓宽为37．5m。引道工程地处冲积平原，地表以下0．8～20．0m基本为流塑淤泥层夹层，含有较多有机质。介绍了南河大桥引道软土路基的设计与加固方法。

This paper explains the design and consolidation methods of the soft roadbed of Nanhe Bridge approach road and the expected effect. Widening of the soft roadbed provides an effective way to reduce the sedimentation after completion of project and to prevent bridge jump.
