摘要
以湿法制备蒙自县野山茶样品,并通过火焰原子吸收法测定了其中的Zn、Cd、Cr、Cu等8种微量元素,实验的RSD值为0.07~1.69%,回收率在98.7~116.4%之间。实验结果得出从蒙自野山茶植株中测定的微量元素含量关系为:Fe>Zn>Pb>Cu>Hg>Cd>Se>Cr。结果表明在野山茶中含有丰富的Fe、Zn等微量元素,具有开发价值。
The samples prepared by the mixed acid digesting, Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was applied to determine the trace element in Elsholtzia bodineri Vaniot of Mengzi. The recoveries was in the range of98.7~116.4%, and RSD was 0.07~1.69%. The results show the content of trace element in digested sample were Fe〉Zn〉 Pb〉Cu〉Hg〉 Cd〉Se〉Cr. The results indicate the Elsholtzia bodineri Vaniot is worth exploitating.
